With our in-house grinding facilities for both external and internal grinding we can offer the highest standards in accuracy and finishes. Our qualified inspection staff, using modern CMM equipment and working to BS: EN: ISO 9001/2000, guarantee comprehensive attention to detail, ensuring quality products are always supplied.

Gears from 2mm to 900mm diameter with tooth pitches from 2DP to 250DP (or their equivalent) can be manufactured from ferrous or non-ferrous materials as well as plastics, nylons, and Tufnol. A variety of racks, leadscrews, worms, wormwheels, sprockets, bevels, timing pulleys, helical gears, bevel gears, internal and external spur gears can be supplied complete or gear cut only. Our machining centres will cope with components ranging from 5m/m cube to 1 cubic metre, similarly, on the turning centres 2m/m DIA to 300m/m DIA.
